Vegetable Cutlet

Ingrediants
  • Green chillies-4 to 6
  • Ginger Paste-1 tsp
  • Onion -2 chopped
  • Curry leaves -2 strips
  • Coriander leaves-2 strips
  • Beetroot-1 big(grated)
  • carrot-2(grated)
  • Poatato-3 or 4
  • Beans -8 chopped
  • Bread crumps-2 cups
  • Oil -as required 
  • Masala Powder-2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder -1tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Egg or maida to dip


 Method
Boil the potatoes till it become soft to smash. Boil the all vegetables ,so,it will be smooth. Heat oil in a pan and and add onion chopped.when it becomes brown colour,add green chillies,ginger and curyy leaves!! After draining water from the boiled vegetables ,add these vegetables to the pan!!heat it for 8 minutes!!add masala powder and turmeric powder!!add the potatoes also!!! add required salt also...close the lid!!after 2 minutes mix the vegetables very well!! wait tilll it cook well!!
Make maida batter or egg!!madw balls with these vegetabled and dip in this batter!!and finally in breadcrumbs!
 After that we can fry it in oil!!!!
